Yes. When you book online, you'll pay a $25 deposit by card to hold your ride. It comes off your total, and you pay the rest at drop-off. If you book with our original booking form, your confirmation email will include a secure payment link for the $25 deposit. Please pay it within 24 hours, or your booking will be canceled. Same-day rides don't need a deposit. Instead, a $35.00 same-day fee is added on top of your ride price.

Yes. If you cancel at least 72 hours before your confirmed ride, you'll get your full $25 back. If you cancel later than that, or don't show up, your $25 becomes a credit you can use toward a future ride within 6 months.

You pay the rest when we drop you off. We accept cash, all major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. Pay whichever way you feel comfortable. We've got you covered.

Please cancel at least 72 hours before your trip. For same-day rides, cancel at least 3 hours before pick-up.

Add your flight information when you fill out the booking form. We track your flight, and David will wait for you.

If David isn't available, our backup driver, Todd R., will take great care of you.

Yes! You can book a ride for a 4 a.m. flight. We'll get you to the airport 2 hours before takeoff.

Kids are welcome! Please bring your own car seat.

For airport and cruise rides with 5 to 6 people, each person may bring one carry-on bag, one backpack, plus one small personal item, like a purse.
